My friend Joan, new member of this forum has broken her rigt arm badly and it is causing her a lot of pain. She has asked that I contact the forum and let you all know what she's going through. She has also asked that you hold her in your thoughts and prayers.

Her name is Joan Appleby and she lives in Yorkshire, England.
