Feeling to good.

This may seem a weird title to put in the problem section but it should make sence in a few seconds.
The last time i ate was a good 24 hours ago, i didn'trealise till i got home when i noticed i wasn't hungry, i'd forgot my breakfast bar that usualy keeps me going but in doing that made me not hungry for the rest of the morning. last time i had some food was yesterday around 3ish... so its actualy 25 hours now,

I'm not sure if many people on here know but when your body has not had food for a certain amount of time and its gone past the i want food to keep me going point the brain releases endorphiney things that give you a very happy feeling to kill the pain, allthought i don't feel the pain from it.


i just had for force feed my self water to take some tabs i brought in something small n light (lil mousse thing) and its been sat by me for 10 mins


i feel that if i eat, i'll be sick, or probably binge knowing my luck lol.

anyway.. rant over.

I can't say that I have ever had this happen to me Philly. I have gone a few days before without eating though. I really hope you get to feeling better.

i used to suffer from A.N. and BDD so i freak out when this happens

I don't know what those letters stand for. I am sorry and I hope things are better now.

A.N - Anorexia nervosa
BDD - Body dysmorphic disorder

I'm a bit better now though.

I hope you get a lot better Philly and soon also. I have heard of A.N. but I don't think I have heard of BBD before.

BDD is like when an A>N says "I hate my self, i'm fat" when there not
a BDD says "i hate my self, i'm ugly."
i've had some food today but im feeling completly not hungry again, most likely been brought on cause i think i need a diet. great fun
