An organization has been granted a Federal Hearing on the same subject by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in Washington, DC. Their petition, Number 2493, would ultimately pave the way to stop the reading of the gospel of our Lord and Savior, on the airwaves of America. They got 287,000 signatures to back their stand!
If this attempt is successful, all Sunday worship services being
broadcast on the radio or by television will be stopped. This group is
also campaigning to remove all Christmas programs and Christmas carols
frompublic schools!
If this does happen we can know that as Believers our time on this earth is growing shorter. This is really exciting for me but I am concerned about the ones who will be left behind. God is calling and I hope people will start listening.

What I'm wondering is-all of a sudden where is the first amendment? The second question is-why does the FCC have the right to do this? And -what is their agenda??? Because there has to be something going on for them in the long run. All I can say is everybody better be praying very hard for this NOT happen EVER. It should be on everyones prayer chain.

it should be made so people can turn it of when they want on radio it can stay... but if its in a place were people do not have the option to turn it of say on a plane or in the street. it should be banned cause then you are forcing it. it should be choice.

I will agree that it should not be forced on anyone however, anywhere you go that has music, radio, tv, ect playing then something is being "forced" on someone. I do want my freedom to listen to Christian music and Christmas Carols if I do want to without the government saying that I can't.

if a radio is playing in your friends house you can chooses whether you want to go in if its in a shop you can choose if you want to go in if there is a screaming man outside your office window you can't choose anything. if your sitting on a plane and it comes on you can't exactly grab a parachute and jump of the plane

I don't like anything forced on someone. I do want my freedom to listen to what I want to listen too. A person screaming at me would irritate me to no end and I really do not think that a person like that is trying to do the will of God. It sounds more to me like they like to hear themselves and want others to look at them. God shows love not harrasement.
