I love Madison in the springtime!
The thing that really starts the spring season in Madison, is our farmers market. It goes compleatly around the Capitol Square:
Also, this weekend, we have a major fundraiser foir the University of wisconsin Athletic Department called the Carazylegs Classic. It is named after a famous football player of UW, as well as athletic director, Elroy "Crazylegs" Hirsch. There are usually about 8-10,000 runners that take part in it!
