You see me
In a way no one else does
Through the barriers
Through the illusions
That have built up through time

As I stand there
Trying to use anger
To shield others from my true feelings
Some how you knew I was hiding
Saw through the barriers
That satisfied others
That in side.. I hurt

I don't know how you knew
I doubt I ever will ever know
But you did
And that is all that matters

As you took me
Into your arms
Every thing I had built up
All the shields
To hide what I feel
Fell with ease
With out the pain that built them.

As I let you see me
For what I am
You accepted me
As I put my trust in you
And you alone

I love you so much in this moment
And I know this love with grow
I give you my heart, mind, body and soul.
And what ever the future may hold
A piece of my heart will belong to you

For you have taught me
How to be me, and enjoy once more
And for that, and so many other things
I give you my love
And the whole of my heart

You have the power to do what ever you like with it
But I trust you not to abuse it..
Why?
